Job Title: Functional and Motivational Coach (M/F) – 100% – URGENT
Place of work: Montbrillant Medical Center, Rue de Montbrillant 15, 1201 Geneva
Entry date: As soon as possible
Activity rate: 100 %
Type of contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, renewable according to performance
Main missions:

Support for obese, diabetic or sedentary patients via personalized sports coaching

Development of adapted physical activity plans

Teamwork with doctors, cardiologists, endocrinologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists

Facilitation of motivational workshops (individual / collective)

Monitoring of medical and motivational indicators
Profile sought:
-
Proven experience in sports coaching, rehabilitation, fitness or sport-health
-
Experience with patients with obesity, diabetes or chronic diseases

Degree in Sports Science, Physical Therapy, Physical Education or equivalent

Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable

Interpersonal skills, pedagogy, autonomy, team spirit
