As a general practitioner, I help people deal with both acute and chronic illnesses. I provide outpatient care for diseases like diabetes, heart problems, and lung conditions. However, my expertise covers a wide range of health-related issues.

 

I can also respond to emergency health problems and determine whether a hospital stay is necessary. For those who don’t need emergency treatment, I am able to help manage health concerns and chronic diseases.

I obtained the FMH internal medicine degree in Geneva, followed by a fellowship in endocrinology and diabetology at Mc Gill in Montreal.

I have worked for ten years in the service of Professor Alain Golay with training in therapeutic education for patients with weight problems and/or diabetes. The goal is to allow everyone to change their lifestyle, to better manage their weight and regain the pleasure of eating without guilt.

 

The goal is for the patient to remain in good health, both somatic and psychic.

 

I also work at the Onex clinic and office as part of the preparation of patients who opt for gastric bypass. I have several years of patient group animation.

Dr. Soraia Branco

Specialist in General and Family Medicine

Portuguese doctor specializing in General and Family Medicine, I work in the management of chronic diseases and cardiovascular risk (high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory diseases, among others), as well as in women's health, family planning, child health and the treatment of acute illnesses.. I worked in health centers in Portugal, in Lisbon and Coimbra, supporting multiple families, and in the Emergency Department at LS Hospital (Sangalhos, Portugal), having also collaborated in different volunteer projects.


Passionate about health promotion and disease prevention, I seek to encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles.

Dr. Regina Sá

General Practitioner

Regina Sá, who received a master’s degree in medicine from the University of Porto in 2016, is a graduate in Sports Medicine and Travel Medicine, and holds a Master's degree in Public Health, as well as a medical specialization in Public Health. Her professional background includes experiences in hospitals and primary care, in Portugal and Italy. With five years of experience in tropical medicine and travel, she is fluent in Portuguese, English, Italian, Spanish and French. With more than 20 scientific publications to her credit and recognition as an epidemiologist, Regina previously held the position of leader of a public health team in Portugal.
