  1. Fixed Working Hours: 8h30 per day, Monday to Friday, with no mandatory on-call shifts, weekends, or public holidays, allowing you to balance training and personal life.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations under indirect supervision – You will be guided by an FMH senior physician, who will validate your clinical and therapeutic decisions while gradually allowing you to work more autonomously.

  • Actively participate in follow-up visits (chronic diseases, routine check-ups) and walk-in consultations, always within the scope of your medical training and internship level.

  • Develop primary care skills in an interdisciplinary setting, collaborating daily with specialists and paramedical professionals.

  • Engage in knowledge-sharing by contributing to clinical meetings and discussions, bringing your insights and questions to the team.

 

Desired Profile:

  • Medical intern enrolled in a recognized specialization program (General Internal Medicine or General Medicine).

  • Good command of French (B2/C1 minimum) for effective communication with patients and the medical team.

  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a team-based environment.

  • Ability to receive and integrate feedback from supervisors to progress quickly.

Company Description

The Montbrillant Medical Center, located in Geneva behind the Cornavin train station, is a multidisciplinary health center that is part of the Atlantic Santé group. We offer a variety of care ranging from chronic disease management to preventive medicine and walk-in consultations.

We are a team of family doctors, psychiatrists, a nurse, psychologists, dieticians, physiotherapists and a massage therapist, working closely together to ensure optimal quality of care.

​

For several years, our center has also been a training center for medical students and interns, allowing them to develop their clinical skills in a professional and stimulating environment.

​

Our modern and recently built infrastructure includes consulting rooms, treatment rooms, a group physiotherapy room, spaces dedicated to meetings, as well as changing rooms equipped with showers.

The center reflects the diversity of the Geneva population, welcoming patients of different origins, languages ​​and cultures, in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
