Physiotherapist

In my daily work as a physiotherapist, I use several methods to help my patients. Among these, active physiotherapy is an essential pillar. I help my patients strengthen their muscles through a series of specific exercises. We work together to improve their endurance, strength and flexibility, which not only allows them to recover but also prevents further injury.

I also incorporate passive physiotherapy into my approach to help with pain relief. This may include modalities such as ultrasound, heat, cold, electrotherapy or massage. These techniques help reduce inflammation, promote blood circulation and relax tight muscles.

As a sports physiotherapy specialist, I work with athletes of all levels to help them recover from injuries and improve their performance. This may include rehabilitation exercises, stretching, advice on sports technique and injury prevention.

Trauma physiotherapy is another important part of my practice. I help patients recover from traumatic injuries, such as broken bones or muscle tears, using rehabilitation exercises and physiotherapy techniques.

Finally, I practice Global Postural Re-education (GPR), a method that focuses on realigning the body through a series of therapeutic postures. This helps correct muscle imbalances, improve posture and reduce pain.

Every day, I strive to provide individualized care to my patients, using these different approaches to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
